It really depends on the woman. Plus sizes are just more woman but have the same trouble other size women have. If the woman is large in the bust area as well as hip and but, a symmetrical style of dress is needed. If the woman does not have large hips or but an a-line dress is also needed. Some plus size women are coke bottled shaped and will need a dress that highlights those curvy dimensions. In addition fabric and patterns of the dress will also factor in the overall look of the dress. The length should be knee length in order to be in good taste and versatile for the club or the office.

depends on her shape. if she is bottom heavy make sure you focas on slimmest part of her body.. it under her breast. make it like an hour glass not too low cut but low cut enough.

A wrap dress with a waist a few inches above the natural waistline. You’ll want the waist to hit the narrowest part of the woman’s waist, or a bit higher to create even porportion. If the woman that you are sowing it for is short, you’ll want it to hit at about knee length, if they are tall, they could pull off a longer dress. If the woman is bottom/middle heavy, it’s good to add a splash of color to the top, perhaps make a colorblock style dres, with the top a lighter shade.

V-necks help to break up the perception of wide shoulders, wear brighter colors on the areas you want to accent and darker colors on the colors you want to diminish. For example, if you are bottom-heavy, wear an a-line skirt or dress that has a dark color such as black or navy blue on the waist-down and brighter colors up around the face. If you wear hose or tights, match it to the color of the bottom of the dress or skirt. Long sleeves if you have large arms, they can be a sheer fabric if it is warm weather. Vertical lines are best, because horizontal ones will just add width, this can be seams, embroidery, buttons, etc. Off center vertical lines can help break up the width of the dress as well. . Accent the smallest part of your body, such as the small of your waist with a belt or fabric insert in the dress. A colorful long scarf worn around the neck is also good for breaking up the perception of width. If you don’t wear a scarf, a chunky colorful necklace brings color to around the face or a colorful pin will work too.
